PSI commenced Somalia’s first large-scale and dedicated demand-creation program (Tusan Wade) for healthcare. The program will design key demand-creation strategies and touch-points in order to drive uptake of health service utilisation, preventive behaviours, and treatment-seeking behaviours. Tusan Wade, a DFID funded Demand Creation project program is designed to achieve increased community awareness of, and demand for, health services and promote appropriate health, Maternal Infant and Young Child Nutrition (MIYCN) as well as optimal hygiene practices. The Tusan Wade team is looking for a consultant to assist in qualitative data analysis, synthesis, and report-writing.
