The Pan American Social Marketing Organization (PASMO) is the Central American network member of PSI. Founded in 1997, PASMO has more of 20 years of experience in the region with sexual and reproductive health programs targeted to women, youth and other vulnerable populations.
PASMO is looking for a Chief of Party (COP) to help plan and coordinate all activities under a 5-year USAID- funded project aimed at providing comprehensive HIV services for key and priority populations in Central America (Guatemala, El Salvador, Honduras, Nicaragua and Panama).
The COP will have overall responsibility for coordination of all regional project activities and staff. S/he will be responsible for technical leadership and administrative oversight of the program and will serve as the principal institutional liaison to USAID. S/he will manage a team of senior staff and sub-partners and ensure quality, timeliness, and efficiency of all products and activities generated under the project. The Chief of Party shall be expected to have regular and transparent communication with the AOR. This position is contingent upon project award.
