    The Evidence Department coordinates the development and implementation of cutting-edge program monitoring, market research, and operational evaluation to inform decision making by our network members.


    We are looking for a consultant to assist in various lifecycle stages of qualitative research, evaluation, and user-centered design projects across the organization, including technical development, implementation, and capacity building.

    Your contribution

    • Develop study designs, data collections tools, implementation guides/protocols, analysis plans, and other research documents for qualitative research, customer insights, and user-centered design
    • Support material preparation for protocol submissions to the Research Ethics Board
    • Moderate focus groups, in-depth interviews, and other qualitative methodologies.
    • Develop training materials; facilitate training and coaching workshops for effective program management.
    • Prepare presentations of research results and reports for both internal and external dissemination.
    • Analyze customer insight data and facilitate development of evidence-informed, country level program plans.
    • Lead or support the development of manuscripts for peer review publications.


    What are we looking for?

    • PhD, Master’s Degree, or 10 years of relevant public health research experience (g., public health, qualitative research, statistics).
    • Experience in program management.
    • Experience leading innovation processes that improve program design and performance.
    • Experience working in developing countries or with diverse
    • Expert knowledge of qualitative data collection, analysis, and evaluation
    • Experience in generating actionable insights and recommendations from research for expert and non-expert audiences.
