Background: Population Services International is committed to scaling consumer powered healthcare by shaping mixed health systems, shifting policy and funding, and achieving operational and technical excellence. As PSI works to shape consumer powered mixed health systems PSI the organization is investing to develop new skillsets required for more sophisticated markets and in-country environments. These efforts include maintaining strong technical skillsets in areas such as family planning and HIV product/service delivery while also building skillsets in shaping markets and robust consumer powered health systems.
Purpose: The purpose of this exercise is to engage PSI’s most important external stakeholders at
both the global and local levels and test current perceptions of PSI’s strengths, value proposition, and potential and areas for improvement, particularly how PSI has progressed at developing and maintaining the competencies required to deliver on our strategy in the eyes of our competitors and peers. This exercise will serve to systematically gather qualitative insights from donors, NGO partners, opinion leaders, public officials/policy makers, and corporate partners about PSI’s skills and competencies in technical disciplines relevant to the organizational strategy of scaling consumer powered healthcare.
