Who we are

With over 45 years of experience, working in over 60 countries, Population Services International (PSI) is the world’s leading non-profit social marketing organization. PSI is reimagining healthcare, by putting the consumer at the center, and wherever possible – bringing care to the front door. There is growing interest in the power of social enterprises to achieve sustainable health impact in the face of declining funder subsidy in low and middle-income countries. This is due to several converging trends: growing economies, widespread access to technology and information sharing, active participation of multinational corporations—including manufacturers and pharmaceuticals, and increased mobility and urbanization of populations.

PSI is exploring the potential for a regional Social Enterprise across key East African countries. This would aim to deliver a basket of affordable health options to the market, targeting low-mid income consumers (focusing on consumer segments that are underserved). This approach includes using commercial business processes, appropriate marketing and pricing strategies, as well as leveraging significant procurement and operational efficiencies to provide affordable pricing while moving towards financial sustainability over time.

Join us!

In 2008 PSI implemented an Enterprise Resource Planning system -Lawson software.  The web-based, real-time system helped to integrate multiple disparate systems within network members giving more visibility and controls of daily operations.

The Technology Integration team at PSI includes the Corporate Systems team whose primary functions are to implement Lawson where it’s needed and to support and train DC and network members who use the software.  Additionally, team members collaborate with other departments and 3rd party vendors who need to integrate with Lawson; and provide Project and Business Process management services to other parts of the organization whose internal projects have an IT component.

We are a highly motivated, results oriented skilled team of project managers and business analysts who utilize our expertise to bring excellence to our projects and deliver high quality customer service in the process.

We are looking for a Sr. Business Systems Analyst, to help us manage the Supply Chain aspects of our ERP system. The Sr. Business Systems Analyst will interact daily with end-users of our ERP system, both in DC and our field offices. He/she will review support cases and provide guidance for resolving any system issues and provide support and training on system processes.

This position requires an independent self- motivated and analytical individual who can work with varying domestic and international stakeholders. The position is based remotely and reports to the Project Director of Corporate Systems.  International travel up to 25% may be required.
