The Senior Technical Advisor, in conjunction with the SFH local team, will focus on continuing to build quality service delivery and effective achievement of project goals by providing on-going, dedicated leadership, open dialogue and partnership, and strong team management. The USAID-funded Strengthening International Family Planning Organizations 2 (SIFPO2) project is one of PSI’s largest and most technically diverse global projects, currently with 12 Mission buy-in country projects and a diverse array of core-funded FP initiatives across the globe. The SIFPO2 project focuses on achieving two primary results: - Strengthening organizational capacity to deliver quality FP services to target groups - Increasing the sustainability of country level FP and other health programs We are looking for an experienced Project Manager (PM) with a background in program management and budgeting to be involved in the day-to-day running of a highly technical and complex multi-million-dollar health project. The SIFPO2 PM will also take the lead on at least one technical area and serve as country lead for 3-4 mission buy-in countries, providing regular check-ins, coordinating TA needs, and helping the in-country team achieve their deliverables.
