The Finance Department supports the Global operations of PSI.  This includes operations in 60+ countries.  Donors including the United States Government, other foreign governments, international organizations, corporations, and private philanthropists come together to support PSI’s mission.  The financial and reporting requirements of each donor are accounted for within the Field Finance Department, under the broader Finance Department.   We are looking for a Donor Revenue and Reporting Accountant to join our team on a temporary hire basis to provide support for other team members on leave.  This role is a vital one in helping us ensure the financial reporting needs of the donor are being met, as well as supporting the data retention requirements, and the needs of internal PSI users of financial information.   The Donor Revenue and Reporting Accountant not only digs into the details of transactions reported to the donor, but considers the impact of these transactions on a big picture level.  We are looking for an accountant to utilize excel to efficiently and effectively analyze and report these transactions.  If you love to understand how a transaction moves from initially taking place to being reported, this is the role for you.  In this role, you will be learning something new every day.  It’s a dynamic and challenge filled environment that has a global impact.    Sound like you? Join us! PSI’s Grants & Contracts Department serves as the one-stop shop for guidance on donor regulations, award negotiation, and compliance training. We’re responsible for helping our staff navigate the complexities of donor requirements and the terms and conditions of their awards. We approach grants and contracts compliance holistically – ensuring the correlation between programmatic, financial, and donor requirements. Our aim: Collaborative compliance solutions for sustainable PSI programs.   We are looking for a tech-savvy Temporary Grants & Contracts Coordinator to help us bring order to the chaos which inevitably comes with an increasing portfolio of complex awards and subawards. The G&C Coordinator is an organized, clear communicator and has a demonstrated ability to perform and prioritize a variety of tasks, sometimes on short notice within designated deadlines. PSI seeks a Cost & Pricing Officer to lead the budget development process for bids and proposals in coordination with headquarters-based program management and New Business Development (NBD) teams and PSI country teams.  The successful candidate will ensure full recovery of direct and indirect costs in budget presentations to funders, align budget and budget narrative templates with funder requirements and PSI policies and procedures, and support realignment of existing program budgets as needed.  The Cost & Pricing Officer will be familiar with budget development for different types of funders.    This position will be based in Washington, DC and will report to the Senior Manager, Cost & Pricing.   Sound like you?  Read on.

It’s a diverse group of entrepreneurs and professionals with an unusually wide range of backgrounds - from the medical industry to the music business - all with unique skills we bring to the job.    Join us!                                           The TPT Project Manager will lead and/or manage strategic sourcing and procurement activities for GSC’s TPT program. The TPT Project Manager will report to the Integrated Supply Chain Manager for Essential Medicines, VMMC and TPT. The successful candidate will lead, manage and/or assist the all aspects of TPT that includes market dynamics, strategic sourcing and (transactional) procurement. The TPT Project Manager also will regularly engage and collaborate with other Global Health Supply Chain – Procurement Supply Management (GHSC-PSM) technical experts and staff, the Deliver/Return team and country programs staff based in headquarters and the field. The TPT Project Manager will take the lead in managing relations with key global manufacturers on planning and performance matters. The TPT Project Manager will also provide regular updates to USAID and other USG personnel.
