PSI seeks a Global Fundraising Coordinator that will support day-to-day administrative tasks for the Individual Philanthropy team, which includes work on Individual Giving and Maverick Collective. This role will support the team in the pursuit of its fundraising goals and ensure smooth operations by conducting timely research, processing invoices, and performing other operational and organizational support functions. This is a highly collaborative role and an ideal candidate has strong communication skills and is a team player. PSI seeks a Business Development Manager who will manage all aspects of proposal development by leading a team of field and headquarters staff to conduct capture planning, program design, and proposal writing; this includes establishing and enforcing timelines, designating roles and responsibilities, identifying and negotiating with partner organizations, coordinating inputs, and overseeing proposal submission. This role will also lead departmental projects, including capacity building and process improvements.
